How to Make Cake Pops
These are the perfect treat for a girl's night in, party, or for Valentine's Day spent pigging out in the kitchen!

You'll need:
1 box pink velvet cake mix
(If the mix calls for): 3 Eggs, 1 stick of butter
1 jar of cream cheese frosting
Lollipop sticks
2 bars of white chocolate

Bake your cake as you usually would.  We went for a 9-inch round cake.
How to Make a Pink Cake
Once your cake is done, let it cool for a few minutes and then have fun mashing it up!
Desserts for Valentine's Day
Remove about 1/3 cup of cake crumbs and set aside for topping.

Mix 2/3-1 whole cup of the cream cheese icing into your cake.  The more icing you mix, the softer your balls will be.
Pink Desserts for Valentine's Day
Once mixed, roll into balls and place on a lollipop stick.  Place on a cookie sheet/plate and freeze for 30 minutes.

Remove your cake pops from the freezer and melt the white chocolate in the microwave.

Dip the cake pops into the white chocolate or drizzle if you prefer.

Garnish with the cake crumbs, store at room temp, and serve!
